We support international patients in organising safe and reliable medical trips abroad, offering digital tools, post-treatment monitoring, and coordination with clinics worldwide. Our platform, MediTrip, is focused on improving patient experience, transparency, and safety throughout the entire medical travel journey.
We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated, organised, and empathetic specialist to support day-to-day operations and patient communication.
Your Responsibilities

Assisting patients throughout their medical travel process (pre-arrival, treatment period, aftercare).

Communicating with partner clinics abroad and coordinating services.

Managing patient profiles and documentation on the MediTrip platform.

Providing administrative and operational support for ongoing projects.

Monitoring post-treatment outcomes and scheduling follow-up communications.

Supporting the development of new features and improvements to the MediTrip platform.
Requirements

Very good English (written and spoken).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High attention to detail and responsibility in handling patient information.

Computer literacy and comfort working with web platforms and online tools.

Experience in customer support, medical tourism, healthcare, or operations is an advantage, but not required.
